php - Integrate Facebook login and register -

the site has php login , register, has have facebook login , register too. making them separate - can that, making them combined - i'm confused it.

i mean, if click login , facebook, facebook email registred in system basic system(not facebook one), person should error message, right?

can give me advice how integrate facebook login basic php login, don't mess code or database?
