Openlayers 3.5 feature disappear -

so updated openlayers version v3.0 v3.5. created feature overlay added map bounding box, search extense functionality. noticed feature overlay disappear map whenever cursor not directly on map , reappear when cursor gets on map. not case on old version of openlayers, v3.0. knows of changes may have caused issue?
